Our story
A small room with a big kitchen.
We opened in 2019 with twelve tables, one espresso machine and a simple idea: cook with what Alberta farmers grow this week, and treat every guest like a regular.
Breakfast runs until 11, lunch until 3, and dinner is cooked to order every evening. The menu changes with the seasons, and some days with the market.
