Custom work starts with a 10% deposit, followed by 30% after you review the first draft and 60% before delivery, as set out in the consultation and payment process. "From" prices are confirmed in your written quote before any further payment is due. The deposit and the 30% payment are non-refundable. Larger or multi-phase projects may have their own payment schedule, set out in your quote. See the refund terms.
