Services

Peniche Communications provides copywriting, brand strategy, and communications services, along with digital products sold through the shop. The specific scope, timeline, and price of any client project is agreed separately with each client before work begins — this page covers the general terms of using the site and shop, not individual project contracts.

Digital products

• Products sold through the shop are delivered digitally after purchase.
• Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a product is defective or not as described — email us and we'll make it right.
• Purchases are for your own use. Reselling, redistributing, or publishing digital products as your own is not permitted.
• Checkout and payment processing is handled by Hostinger's ecommerce platform, subject to their own terms.

Client work and deliverables

For custom client projects (website copy, strategy, retainers, etc.), ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Drafts, unused concepts, and our internal process materials remain our property.

Site content

Everything on this site — copy, design, graphics, and the Peniche Communications name and branding — belongs to us and shouldn't be copied or reused without permission.

No guarantees

We work hard to get things right, but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes (traffic, sales, engagement, etc.) from any copy, strategy, or product we provide. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our site or services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site or our services change. The date at the top will reflect the most recent update.
